Terms of Service
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNLZ. By visiting this site, creating an account, choosing a plan, or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the relevant services. You should independently assess whether the services suit your intended use in light of the laws in your location, the rules of target websites, and your own network environment.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNLZ provides international route selection, access to subscription information, and connection entry points for compatible clients. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with coverage of 100+ countries / 150+ routes. The specific regions, subscription status, and client entry points available at any time are shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access paths. Actual access results may be affected by the user's local network, device configuration, route congestion, regional policies of the target service, and its own maintenance status. Account eligibility, content licenses, and terms of use for target websites or applications remain determined by their respective service providers.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for plan selections, subscription access, and activity carried out through their account. Accounts and subscriptions are for the registered user only and may not be shared, rented, resold, sublicensed, or provided to third parties as part of another service.
There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices, but all devices must be managed by the account holder. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before taking action, users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and billing method to avoid confusing a monthly subscription with a traffic package.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used. Users may not use VPNLZ for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, interfere with network operations, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, abuse resources in bulk, or disrupt normal use by other users.
Users must also follow the terms of service of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. VPNLZ provides network connectivity and does not endorse the content users access, account status, transactions, or third-party service rules. Users are legally responsible for consequences arising from their own conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNLZ may adjust available access points based on route operation, infrastructure maintenance, and security needs. The service may experience temporary interruptions, changes in speed, or different access results in some regions because of network fluctuations, device differences, scheduled maintenance, changes to third-party systems, or external events beyond reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNLZ does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific route, a fixed connection speed, or uninterrupted access to any particular website or application. Users should verify the actual exit point and target service access before important activities and retain any necessary records themselves. This service is not responsible for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, user configuration errors, or events beyond reasonable control.
Restriction, Suspension, and Termination
If an account is found to involve unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, malicious resource consumption, interference with system operation, circumvention of normal billing procedures, infringement of third-party rights, or any other breach of these terms, VPNLZ may restrict relevant features, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the level of risk.
Where circumstances permit, users may first check their status in the user panel and submit a ticket with an explanation. Restrictions may be imposed immediately in cases involving security risks, system attacks, or matters requiring timely action by law. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination and does not release users from handling outstanding matters.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
VPNLZ may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk management needs. Updated content will be published on the relevant page of this site and will apply from the stated update date. Users should review the current version before continuing to use the service. If they do not agree with the updated terms, they may stop using the subscription service.
Refund conditions and the application process are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. The handling of privacy information is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
