Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNLZ handles relevant data when providing its cross-border network service. Using the website, user panel, or subscription service means that the user has read this policy. VPNLZ processes data only as needed for account management, order fulfillment, service maintenance, security, and legal requirements, and does not use collected data for unrelated purposes.

Data Scope and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to register. Users can create an account with a username and password, so an email address is not mandatory registration information. Account data mainly includes the username set by the user, authentication credentials, plan status, and necessary account settings. This data is used to identify the account, complete login, and deliver the subscription.

Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment method, payment status, refund status, and order outcome. They are used to activate service, reconcile payments, handle after-sales requests, and resolve transaction disputes. Payment methods are limited to Alipay, WeChat, and USDT; different channels may ask users to provide information needed to complete a transaction on the channel's page.

Website analytics may include visited pages, referral category, browser type, device category, interaction events, and error information. This data helps determine whether pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve content structure. Analytics are used for operational analysis and are not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

Anonymous No-Logs and Connection Data

VPNLZ follows an anonymous no-logs principle. It does not record which websites users visit, which specific pages they open, or what queries they submit, and it does not create browsing histories linked to accounts. Connection logs are not used to track browsing content. During service operation, target website records are not retained for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

To establish connections, enforce subscription access, and troubleshoot network issues, the system may process necessary temporary technical information during a session. This information is used only for that connection and troubleshooting. After the session ends or the processing purpose is complete, it is not retained as searchable connection history. Plan usage and subscription status are billing and delivery records and do not include specific browsing content.

When a user submits a troubleshooting report, screenshots, device details, and diagnostic information provided in the ticket are used for handling that ticket. Users should remove unrelated private content before submitting a report and avoid providing unnecessary data.

Cookie and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This allows users to remain signed in while moving between pages and lets the panel display the selected language and settings. Disabling necessary storage may end the login session, prevent preferences from being saved, or affect some panel functions.

Markers needed for analytics are used only to distinguish visits and aggregate page usage. VPNLZ does not use Cookies to store browsing content or build cross-site advertising profiles through storage on this website. Users can clear local data through their browser settings; after clearing it, related login status and preferences must be set up again.

Payment Processing and Third Parties

Payment steps for Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are handled by the relevant payment channel or transaction network. Payment channels receive and process the information needed to complete a transaction under their own rules. VPNLZ stores the order number, amount, payment method, transaction status, and reconciliation result to confirm service activation, process refunds, and verify abnormal orders.

Third-party payment channels are responsible for data they collect independently. Before paying, users should read the privacy terms and transaction rules shown by the selected channel. VPNLZ will not request information from a payment channel beyond what is needed for order confirmation, reconciliation, and after-sales support.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order, refund, and reconciliation records are kept for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Analytics and error records are retained only until their analysis or troubleshooting purpose is complete. Once the purpose is met, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated into statistics that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Users can sign in to the panel to check account and subscription status, or use the panel's ticket entry to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. VPNLZ processes requests after verifying account ownership. If some order records must remain to complete a refund, resolve an open dispute, or meet a legal obligation, those records are retained only as necessary and deleted when the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

This policy will be updated on the current page when data practices, website functions, or applicable requirements change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes to data scope, processing purposes, or user rights will be explained through a visible notice on the website or in the user panel. Updates apply from the date shown on the page.

Users can manage Cookies and local storage through their browser, stop using relevant functions, or request account deletion. Before continuing to use the subscription service, users should review this page periodically to understand the current data-handling rules.
